Similarly to clinica, autocompletion using Tabulation key could be a nice feature to add :-)

This feature would be also more useful if the activation of the auto-completion was done automatically during the installation:

activate-global-python-argcomplete --user # Only the first time you activate the environment
eval "$(register-python-argcomplete clinica)"
