How to add table heading in browser?

I am using Twill v2. I have the three columns showing correctly in the browser view but how can I add heading to the columns? I looked at the ItemList.vue component and I don't see it seems to support table <th>. But then I tried to override the ItemList component and I don't have any luck with it because the app is still loading the original ItemList component.

Please advise.
