[Feature] Recirculation - generate LAMMPS file, run LAMMPS

The final step of a recirculation time step is running LAMMPS and allowing the pebbles to settle. This will require generating several LAMMPS files - similar to the ones made when filling the core. While some of the templates made for pouring will work, a new main file will be needed at the very least.

Describe the feature you'd like.

Using jinja2 templates, generate LAMMPS files necessary to run the settling step in LAMMPS.
