Hi guys when you are planing to add this parameter into helm values file ?

Hi - this parameter is deprecated and option should be removed from upstream soon. Check new CMP architecture via sidecars + changes for upcoming 2.6 release here https://argo-cd.readthedocs.io/en/stable/user-guide/config-management-plugins/

If you mean new structure for sidecars without creating custom container you can also add this into configs.cm section that will render such config into argocd-cm ConfigMap.

Sorry maybe i wrote not full info what i mean but to update argocd-cm configMap there is no parameter as configManagementPlugins
so using helm there is no way to do that

Yes there is - you just need to supply it with your value overrides. We do not copy & paste full configs, the section contains only commonly used options and link to upstream with all options.

Hi mate what do you think i didnt test it. Try by your self before commenting it doesnt work. Do not think that others are stupid and if you are from dev team please keep documentation up to date and properly written

Hi mate documentation is up to date. As you've surely noticed there is link to upstream repository one line above and everyone from dev team can find and use https://argo-cd.readthedocs.io/.

configManagementPlugins can be used in the 2.5 version, but it cannot be used in the 2.6 version, right?

Hi config management plugins were supported in some form:

Versions prior 2.2 used volumes / bring your own image with configManagementPlugins to configure additional tools
Version 2.2-2.5 offloaded CMPs as sidecars containers with gRPC API
Version 2.6 will have changes in the YAML file that configures the plugin so you can have UI support

Version 2.4 deprecated use of ConfigMap configuration, support is completely removed in 2.6
