Collapse local trees for polytomys by default in the report #130

The local trees can be collapsed to display in detail only the sequences of interest so as not to inform investigations beyond what was suggested by epidemiological data. The extent of collapsing is customisable and tips can be protected from collapse by certain metadata traits (e.g. particular lineages or particular geographical regions).
