Hi there

The current Docker image used is articnetworkorg/squirrel:1.0.8 which is 3.8 GB. The base image for this is condaforge/mambaforge (444 MB). The image built from the bioconda recipe, quay.io/biocontainers/squirrel:1.0.10--pyhdfd78af_0, which uses a very similar build to the default squirrel Dockerfile, but with some optimisations for size, is 1.1 GB.

Can this workflow use the biocontainer based image? For people with poor Internet this would save 2.7 GB of download.
