Request: More robust Metric Exclusion

Hi,

I'm reporting metrics through DataDog and using the Playwright engine. The existing implementation (below) allows excluding artillery metrics by name, but it could be significantly improved by:

• Allowing exclusion of metrics generated by engines - e.g. playwright's various browser metrics TTFB, etc.
• Allow excluding by aggregate (e.g. p75)
• Allow excluding by environment. E.g., don't send metrics when running with certain passed-in environments.
