Add an example using ExternalContract

An example where the deployed contract uses external contract such as either junoswap or cw20-ics27 already deployed on juno testnet/mainnet. The scripts can also query, make txns to this external contract in such case.

A contract which converts the JUNO generated from staking to a stable coin using junoswap and send it over to osmosis using cw20-ics27 contract whenever claim is called for deployed contract.
