Preheat oven to 400F. Combine:
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Place 4 (6oz) salmon fillets in baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/4 tsp kosher salt. Pour sauce over salmon. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp sliced green onions.
