How to add a starter keyword to access the Bot?

I am wondering how do I add logic in code to include a starter keyword that will make my number work as a bot. For example, anyone messaging me should say "Hi Bot" and once this keyword is registered, the bot functionality will be unlocked. Otherwise all messages to whatsapp-chatgpt app will be ignored for the number until such a keyword is sent.
