Audio files: wrong error message

When uploading mp3 files that were less than 10 seconds, the "your file can only be 10 seconds" error message appeared. After changing the quality from 320 to 170 kbps I was able to import the audio. So the actual issue is that either the file size has a specific limit or that for some reason only standard quality audio files are allowed. The error message should reflect that.

new message is The selected audio file is too big, only short samples up to 200kB (about 10 seconds) are allowed, will be updated with the next release. I've also updated the check to really limit at exactly 200kB, which wasn't the case before.
