Is there any plan to release this package as a proper ROS package?

The current issue is that the Kvaser linuxcan SDK is not released as an official Debian or Ubuntu package. Because of this, I have to use my own PPA to provide it and the ROS build farm doesn't support external dependencies. I've just added #36 to discuss this issue.
