I continually find myself introducing typos for the release date format of YYYY-MM-DD, so it's best to automate flagging these typos:

  • YYYY-M-DD
  • YYYY-MM-D
  • YYYY-M-D

Expected format:

## [v0.2.4] - 2020-08-31

This is my usual mistake:

## [v0.2.4] - 2020-8-31
