Encoding problem while loading cascade files #84

Hi,

I had an issue loading the cascade files and found out it occured because my sketchbook is in a folder with the german umlaut "ü" so it failed to load them. Didn’t test that with other glyphs.
Happened on Mac OS X version 10.10.4.
