Adding Documentation on Ros Communication

Documentation on Ros communication is needed to be added on the wiki. Ros communication section can be found under the Intro to Ros section on the wiki. All the files for webpages were written in rst which could be found inside markdown dir.

@Radiosnack I have assigned you the issue. Yes you have to add documentation on ROS communication. Make sure that the documentation includes the pre-existing sections and have anchors for them.

• ROS nodes
• ROS Topic
• ROS Master

It should also contain a section about ROS messages.
All of the above can be found on the official ROS website. Make sure to go through our readme aswell
