- use Physical Sky (optionally set Composite tag, to hide from camera rays) with reflective objects
- create sphere (icosphere); create MoGraph/PolyFX under it; add a MoGraph/Effectors/Random to PolyFX; set a falloff
- use Atom Array for that cool wireframe look
