Fix Recent Topics Please

After a long time I wanted to use the Recent Topics extension again. But the latest version on phpbb.com is not working. It doesn't work on Github either. It does not install, even if it is installed somehow, the website does not work. I think there is a problem with php. It's been mentioned many times on the phpBB support forum as well. I am using php 8.2.x versions. That's the last version.

Please update this extension, beloved by many phpBB users. Also, a lot has changed in phpBB since the last update. Like link structures.

Someone updated the extension. I downloaded and uploaded. Here is the extension; it work. do you mind if I trust this?
