Cannot enable ?

What im already do :
Download and unzip the current release.
Copy the paybas/recenttopics folder to /ext/paybas/recenttopics.Navigate in the ACP to Customise -> Manage extensions.
Look for "Recent Topics" under the Disabled Extensions list, and click the "Enable" link.
Then i have error:
Information
The selected extension cannot be enabled, please verify the extension’s requirements.

I use phpbb forum under Debian 11 bullseye

• phpbb version:3.2.9
• recenttopics version:phpBB-RecentTopics_2-2-15-pl18
• php:PHP Version 7.4.33
