Dropdown Menus Don't Scroll

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to any website with a dropdown box 
2.Try scrolling in the drop down box
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It doesn't scroll in the dropdown box. It closes the dropdown box and scrolls 
on the main page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v. 1.0.9 on Windows 8 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Not using the program and with regular synaptics drivers, it works. Hope for an 
update so I can scroll smoothly.
