The readme links to a (non-existant) bill of materials. Almost all of the materials are clear from the build guide except for the MOSFET part, the reset switch, and the in-switch LED parts. Both look to be pretty sensitive to incorrect housing / pitch / etc, so having part numbers or more specifics would be very helpful.
