support different imported storage resource with different environments

I create rest api, new functions and import dynamo table like storage. After that i added new environments, local and prod. I can't change storage based on environments. If unlike (remove) storage functions and API don't been updated.,

I don't think imported storage is very useful right now when multiple environments are involved, maybe the docs could be updated to note that?
