I installed the Amazon CloudWatch plugin on the EKS cluster, cloudwatch-agent-operator shows TLS handshake error:

Kubernetes: v1.29.7-eks-2f46c53
CloudWatch plugin: v2.1.0-eksbuild.1
cloudwatch-agent-operator: 1.7.0
