user identification has not working with chrome extension for teams and sometime zoom also

Describe the bug
After deploying the above stack it's working fine initially but today it's throwing some abnormalities with extension, user identification has not working for teams and some times zoom also. Please help me with solution we have client demo call today by 7PM IST.

Could be that the Teams (or Zoom) WebApp has changed and the browser extension is looking for speaker changes in parts of the DOM that are no longer valid. Are you able to troubleshoot it in the browser to see if you can narrow down the cause?

Re Zoom: I'm unable to repro the problem with my Zoom personal account.. @ram430 You say the Zoom issue is intermittent - see if you can narrow in on when there is a problem and when there is not. Is it related to video sharing / screen sharing / chat window displayed / participants window display.. Find out what makes it work and what makes it not work.
