astral builds for these with the Great Maturin Hack but the installers are confused.

notably we create targets like arm-unknown-linux-musl-dynamicarmhf with our cutesy musl targets. which isn't necessarily a problem but we need to make sure it all works right.

Ah I added this support for eabihf, but not armhf. Should hopefully be add to platforms.rs to do though.

Oh whoops when I filed this issue I hallucinated the term "armhf" -- I in fact meant "eabihf".
