Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When installing Lima as a container, it is not easy for new users to setup it to use downloaded models.

Describe the solution you'd like
A docker-compose.yml file and associated documentation should be provided to help start using the Lima container. This docker-compose would set needed volumes and environment variables such that downloading models and starting to use them would be easy.
