Vimeo remote video is not supported as a Text on Media background

Problem/Motivation

When selecting the media item for a Text on Media paragraph, users can choose a Vimeo remote video but it does not work: the paragraph is displayed without any background at all.

On the Text on Media page of the Quickstart site, we have a note that says, "Vimeo links are not supported as a background for Text on Media. Use Youtube instead." However, we don't have messaging within Quickstart about this.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a page and add a Text on Media paragraph
2. Click the Add media button and select Remote video from the sidebar
3. Enter a Vimeo URL or select an existing Vimeo media item
4. Insert the selected media
5. Add some text in the Body text area so it won't be empty
6. Save the page and observe that no video background is displayed

Proposed resolution

Resolution options:

1. Add support for Vimeo videos as Text on Media backgrounds.
2. Add messaging for content editors to specify that only YouTube videos can be added as remote video backgrounds for Text on Media paragraphs.

Expected behavior

Since both YouTube and Vimeo videos can be embedded in text areas, users may expect both to work as Text on Media backgrounds as well.
