While running this Microsoft Graph query to list available identity providers in Azure AD B2C, it is not showing local identity provider in response:

GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/identity/identityProviders/availableProviderTypes

There is a requirement for some users to create and enable local identity provider using MS Graph Rest API.
