META: Create sample content for new DEMO site

I don't know if we should have sub-issues for this or if this issue is enough. But, we need to decide on what content is necessary for a demo site.

We may want to look to the Umami theme for Drupal. Since that theme and content are open source, we MIGHT even consider using some of their content. I know that they put a lot of work into making sure that all of their content and images are open source.

We may run into similar concerns in regard to making sure that all of our content (specifically images) are copyright free or legit for us to use.
