Add a guide on Ballerina production guidelines

Description

Add a Ballerina production guideline page including

• Various deployment patterns
• recommended mode of running
• Guidelines such as tested Java versions
• hardening recommendations, etc.

The guides cover some of these aspects in various places, but no single place captures all considerations when putting the code into production. This information is useful when running Ballerina in real production scenarios.
