♿ a11y(bal-nav): Aria Label in Meta Buttons not workig

Description of this issue

When passing an aria label for the meta buttons (like language switcher etc.), the regular label seems to be set for an aria label instead of the one passed. In our case the aria label for the language switch reads the current language cause this is the actual button label.

How to fix it

When an aria label is passed to the meta button object it should be set as aria label.
