🐛 fix(bal-input): Duplicate id's and unable to set own id's

Current Behavior

Duplicate ID warnings and some label id's are wrong and linked to the wrong inputs.

Expected Behavior

For all id's to be unique and for labels to have the correct id's linked to the correct inputs.
Ability to override the id of a bal input and bal label.
