🐛 fix(bal-tabs | bal-nav): Navigation render issue

Current Behavior

After the performance update the navigation seems buggy.
When switching tabs in the navigation, the content layout is broken.

The console displays an error, coming from the tabs component.

A similar error occurs in reproducible in Storybook as well https://design.baloise.dev/?path=/story/components-navigation-nav--basic&globals=framework:html, when clicking the links in the meta navigation

Expected Behavior

Changing Tabs should not result in layout issues or console errors
