Deploy after server switch off / on

I've turned off/on one of the app servers and after checking status and trying to deploy found:

Also when trying to deploy:

What should be changed in docker-entrypoint to handle that case where servers as manually switched off / on or what I'm missing?

Seems that the issue is that the Puma already running. Some of the solutions here.
