Bitwarden's Secret Manager CLI is intended for secrets management and it is more customized for managing secrets for devops tasks take a look here: https://bitwarden.com/help/secrets-manager-cli/

Currently the Kamal's default Bitwarden adapter uses Bitwarden CLI which is not intended for the use of handling secrets.
