Haram time between Asr and Magrib

Please correct me if wrong, As per my understanding, the app doesn't consider Sunset time as haram time.
i.e. Between Asr and Magrib, there is about 5-10 minutes time that is haram to pray any salah, just like, Sunrise (which is about 10-15 minutes). Same case is for noon time. There is a haram time just before Dhuhr.

Why these are not considered? There is quite serious as the sole purpose of this library is Salah time, which says there is still time to pray Asr, while it might to Forbidden to do so.

@udoy-touhid The Fard prayer can be prayed even in Haram time, only Fard prayer.
