Is the simulator available? The https://github.com/microbit-foundation/micropython-simulator repository says that it is used by this editor, but can't seem to figure out how to activate it?

We've just launched a new version of the Python Editor that has a micro:bit simulator. The micro:bit Python Editor V3 and the simulator itself are both in separate GitHub repositories: V3 editor; simulator.
