Make this a "Sample" Repo

We should keep this as a super lightweight repo with a sample setup for how llab works.

right, that was the idea. Which failed... at least for now.

Having a git submodule in it (pointing to github.com/beautyjoy/llab made things a total pain in the ass for testing llab coding. every change needed 7 different things to test. ug, I was probably doing it wrongish.

Anyway, yes, eventually an example of how to set up a llab repo, with submodules.
