Unfortunately, this is not possible with ELB. It is possible with other load balancers, but because we terminate SSL at ELB, the redirect must be done in ELB and this is currently not supported...

You should be able to do it with the servers. I also use ELB and I also terminate the SSL certs at the ELB. In my case I am using nginx to handle this rule.
