Suggestions for feature improvements

Description

First of all, thank you so much for this wonderful app. It's excellent.
So there are two suggestions from my side

1. Can we specify a particular time for for Auto Periodic backup
   For example 12AM-6AM
2. Can we choose a particular folder for backing up rather than all images in the phone?
   This way I can ignore all the memes, screenshots etc which I don't find useful by backing up

It will be bit of a hassle to implement. I don't think it's super important right now, but definitely a good to have.

This is very helpful. I like it. Noted for the next version.
