I did some more searching and found that Redmine integration with Clockify can partly cover this use-case. |

I believe this is not the main focus of the app, but this is something that I'm personally looking for with no luck so far.
The most convenient time-tracking method for me is to create entries in the calendar as I work.
So I normally add entries to the third-party calendar app and only then transfer the entries to the task-tracking software.
I would enjoy being able to add time entries to existing issues via the mega_calendar.
At the moment if I select week view and select some period of time on the calendar, it automatically creates a new issue for this time period.
What I would like to see is to have a list of existing issues assigned to me on the right side and be able to drag them on the calendar.
This is implemented in ClickUp
When I drag the task on the calendar it automatically sets the start and the end date to the date and time from the calendar.
Implementing something like this doesn't seem difficult as the plugin already provides the start date and time fields.
The difficulty is that I want to be able to track the time spent on the issue this way. It assumes that the start and the end time from the calendar should not be taken to the Start and End Dates but instead, be converted to the time-log entry under this task. This way, I can drag the same task on the calendar several times producing several time logs and not impacting the start and the end dates.
It's not possible in ClickUp at the moment. And I don't know any other plugin that would allow me to do so.
Do you think time logging might be a useful feature for this calendar app?
