Hi, I'm looking for historical data (as many years as possible) for homestead exemptions in 70118 in csv format.

I don't know how to scrape the data myself. If you can suggest a tutorial I'd appreciate it.

If you download this file csv_exports.tar.gz
and unpackage it, you'll find three files that you can merge. You can subset by zip and homestead exemptions. I think it's 2017-2020 if I remember correctly.
