Relevance Evaluator isn't referenced anywhere

The relevance evaluator was the primary focus of the developer site before and now it's hidden -- I'm wondering if there isn't a middle ground we can reach for this. Maybe a floating frame or something that links to it or expands it almost like a live chat window?

Oops -- I should have been more specific. You're right that it is linked on the left hand side of the guides page. My concern was just that it went kind of from front and center to being hidden away that's all.

I agree that the online relevance evaluator should be more prominent.
