unknown host error, cannot connect #3

built hexchat via docker-compose but when i try and connect, i get this error. i tried with 2 vnc clients, novnc and realvnc

here is my docker-compose file

there seemed to be something wrong with my configuration, i dont know what it was though. this can be closed.
