Visually I struggle with reading some things on bio.tools without increasing my zoom level many times. Fonts are lightened and made small in several places that renders them less readable for me.
Here is one extreme case with contrast + size issues: (popups from an a11y checker I use)
While these aren't reported, I struggle with them the most due to the light font weight + colour on white background.
If there's any chance to make the fonts a bit heavier (at least remove the use of lighten/weight:300) and a bit larger in places it'd be super cool.

I stopped in and met someone in BioHackathon and complained but couldn't see it in their browser (Thanks Mads!), it seems it might be different between browsers as well:
In chrome I see no difference between font-weights 100 through 500, at 600 it becomes bold:
In firefox 100-200 is the same, 300, 400, 500 are all different
