Hi, thanks for developing this great tool!

I was able to use the pre-trained models in the GitHub repository designed for short-read data. However, I have no luck in finding any pre-trained models suitable for long-read platforms such as Nanopore or PacBio.

Fortunately, ONT has recently released paired tumor/normal datasets for COLO829/COLO829BL, which can be accessed here. Additionally, PacBio has also made available similar datasets sequenced using their latest Revio systems, which can be found here. Considering the availability of these long-read datasets, I am curious if there are any plans to train models specifically for these two platforms?

Thank you in advance for your assistance!
