#Ceviche
##Ingredients
- 1 lb Tilapia cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 8 Limes
- 2 Tomatos
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 Serano Chili
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
##Instructions
Combine and refridgerate for 20 minutes:
- Tilapia into 1/2 inch pieces
- Juice 8 Limes
Finely Dice, and add:
- Tomatos
- Cucumber
- Red Onion
- Serano Chili
- Parsley
**Chill for 3-4 hours **
Finely chop and add cilantro
Season with salt & black pepper
