Ingredients

  • 60g Starter
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 500g Bread Flour

Instructions

  • Bulk rise overnight
  • Shape and proof
  • Preheat oven to 450F
  • Score
  • Bake covered for 30m
  • Bake uncovered for 10-15m
