No response from child worker if it fails. #4

As I had assigned a task to my child worker, But unexpectedly it process was exited due to bug. My node service is still running and waiting for my worker response. I need some exception to be thrown from my worker like saying "Iam dead". In order to update worker failed and move on for next step.
