Problem with camera overlay

I've got a problem with your class while using with the camera overlay in the uiimagepickercontroller class

before use your class i've also tried to list to the volumeChanged notification but the volume buttons can't listen for pression, only if i move the volume slider in the fast app switch this will call the notification

have you got a solution?
