Adds Angor UI #13

This PR makes the following changes:

Adds three UI pages: dashboard, list, and individual projects.
Adds Angor UI routing and modules.
Updates Backend API to return latest projects first and to return an empty array if there are no investments (currently, it is returning a single, misconstructed object if no investments are found.)
Adds front-end API service.
Updates search bar to look for angor projects
